This Chakra is positioned over a main region which reacts to stress. Connected to the pancreas, this Chakra aids in regulating blood sugar levels.

Through this Chakra greater spiritual energy becomes available to us and we assimilate unconscious wisdom.

An imbalance of the Solar Plexus Chakra can lead to depletion of energy, depression, insecurities and fearfulness.

Once balanced we experience an increase in joy, love and confidence. This Chakra can be responsible for turning dreams into realities.
