It is the power that flows through all living things.

It is the life force of all living things.

Prana is breath.

As we breathe, prana moves within us, throughout us, around us and with us.

Connecting to breath is to connect with prana.

This is why breath work is important in meditation and healing techniques.

Originating from India's Hindu belief system, and used within the Yoga circles, it is also described by the Chinese as Chi, Qui or Ki.

Prana permeates reality on all levels.

Also described as the universal energy or force within all things.

The vital power of the higher self.

There are ways to increase your prana, a few include;

Meditate Outdoors -
Connecting with nature.

Walking Barefoot in the Grass -
Connecting your aura with mother earth.

Watch the Clouds or the Stars -
Connecting with natural movements.

Connecting with the Ocean, River, or Stream -
Being near natural bodies of water.
