The heart chakra is conveniently located at the heart centre. Its element is air and it is home to the dine soul or higher self. It is also the centre of our auric body.

The heart Chakra's main colour is green and it is considered a gateway to higher consciousness. Its inner aspect is that of unconditional loge and compassion.

Some of the key issues associated with the Heart Chakra include inner child issues and rejection. An imbalance of the Heart Chakra may present us from appreciating others.

This Chakra controls our ability to give and receive love.
